Richard Spoon

Richard Spoon brings more than 25 years of business leadership and consulting experience to ArchPoint. He has led large organization change efforts most of his professional life. 

Prior to joining ArchPoint, Richard spent 17 years at Campbell Soup Company and Procter & Gamble, leading organizations in sales, marketing and service. Today, Richard serves as the Chairman of the Board at ArchPoint Group and President of the Management Consulting Division. 

Richard is the author of “Team Renaissance, The Art, Science and Politics of Great Teams,” published in 2013 that illustrates the fundamentals of team development. 

Richard received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BBA from Texas State University. He is based in Lafayette, Louisiana.
