Renee Camplese excels at assisting companies progress along their paths to growth, which includes strategic planning, improving processes and driving commercial excellence.
Renee started her career with Procter & Gamble in Beauty Care sales. It was there as sales manager of Kroger and the Cincinnati-Dayton market, where she recognized the growing need for third-party retail support for the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. This led Renee to founding and co-owning National MegaForce, a multimillion-dollar retail sales and service company. As the executive vice president, Renee built and managed an organization of nearly 4,000 employees across the country, and represented Fortune 500 companies in most major U.S. retailers. For over 10 years, her company contributed to the growth of numerous brands by improving their retail presence and executing new product introductions, including several successful RX to OTC (Over the Counter) launches.
At ArchPoint, Renee has supported companies across various industries, including CPG, retail, food service, and building products to identify and implement organizational changes that grow revenue, increase profits and improve efficiencies.
Renee received a BA from the University of Cincinnati and is based in Cincinnati, Ohio
