Amy Lazarus is an expert at strategy development, mergers & acquisitions, business operations, customer service and process improvement.
During her 20-year career at GE Healthcare, Amy gained extensive experience in operations including manufacturing, sourcing, supplier quality, logistics and Six Sigma. Stationed at GE’s headquarters in France, Amy was the Manager of Logistics for all imports into eight European regions. Upon her return to the states, she became certified as a Master Blackbelt and ran the Lean Six Sigma operations for GE’s customer center.
Transitioning to the field, Amy was chosen as the Business Operations Manager of the $300M southeast zone, achieving the country’s highest operating margins. She was then promoted to General Manager of the $142M Americas Interventional Service business, leading her team to world-class Net Promoter Scores. In her last role at GE, she was appointed by the CEO as the Global Service Integration Leader, successfully restructuring the $4B global service business.

Amy received her Bachelors of Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, her MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern and is based in Atlanta, GA.
