Stephen Peele has spent more than 30 years in high technology manufacturing and information based industries where he has pioneered new product and service offerings, led new business development teams and remained a champion of collaborative work principles.
His time at GE Aviation included roles such as; Program Manager, Strategic Sales Manager, Director of Services Marketing and eBusiness Leader. Stephen was responsible for crafting one of the company’s largest, long term service agreements with a major airline. He was instrumental in facilitating business partnerships, which established GE’s foundation in Aviation services. His roles outside of GE include GM, VP, and SVP of Market Development in technology and strategic consulting companies.
Stephen is an instructor of team development, strategy, quality improvement, market development, and organizational design. His experience in consulting spans over 15 years, and crosses aviation, industrial manufacturing, information technology, consumer packaging, and financial services industries.
Stephen earned his BS from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati. He serves as Adjunct Professor of Business Management for the Northern Kentucky University Executive MS Program. Stephen was a contributor to “Team Renaissance”, a book published in 2010 and currently resides in Cincinnati, OH.
